Andrew Chana is the CEO and Co-Founder of Piermont. Over his sixteen year career within the commercial real estate investment business, Mr. Chana has been involved in over $8B in transactions most recently at Sands Investment Group and Kennedy Wilson, a global real estate investment management firm. Mr. Chana is a mentor to the Northwestern University undergraduate investment banking and real estate clubs, and a member of the Kellogg Guthrie Center for Real Estate. Mr. Chana received a BS in Economics and Organizational Leadership from Northwestern University, where he graduated summa cum laude. Mr. Chana also received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Ethnie Xu is an MBA Intern Associate at Piermont. Ms. Xu brings a strong foundation in real estate development and investment, supported by her background in architecture and construction. Prior to joining Piermont, she worked at Related Companies in California. Ms. Xu graduated with a BDes in Architecture from the University of Sydney in 2018 with highest honors, Dean’s List of Excellence Award. She is currently an MBA candidate at the Yale School of Management, and Vice President of the Yale SOM Real Estate Club.

Mr. Joyce started his real estate investment career working on the acquisitions team with an intrinsic focus on industrial assets at Clarion Partners, a global real estate asset management firm. Before Clarion Partners, Mr. Joyce was an investment advisor at Cushman & Wakefield with the industrial team in Dallas. Before starting his career in the real estate investment business, Mr. Joyce served in the United States Marine Corps for five years as a commissioned officer. Mr. Joyce graduated from Harvard University with a BA in Economics, with magna cum laude honors, and is an MBA candidate at Columbia University.
